  1. 1. Blitz the Oats in a bullet blender or a coffee grinder to make a powder
  2. Add the Gluten-free baking powder and salt
  3. Mash the Bananas and add to the yoghurt then mix well with the dry ingredients and leave to settle for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan & grease lightly with fry lite. Fry spoonfuls of the batter over a medium-high heat. After a minute of cooking, flip each pancake and cook for a further minute,
