Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a skillet fry your onion in the olive oil until translucent and add in the garlic cloves to release the flavour.
  2. Set up your slow-cooker – add in the chicken, mushrooms and carrots
  3. Add in the garlic and onions and set aside the skillet for the bacon pieces.
  4. Pour over the wine, chicken stock and herbs and set to cook for 3hr on high or 6 hours on low.
  5. In the pan fry you bacon pieces until crispy ( you can leave this step until the end if you want)
  6. In the last hour of cooking add the cream and sprinkle in the cooked bacon pieces
