Menu Planning in November
On to this week’s Menu for Meal Planning in November
One of the special offers last week in Aldi was Stewing beef so I will be making my famous Tummy warming Casserole with Beef . The Slowcooker is getting a work out this week.
Quorn Coconut Curry with Cauliflower Rice is actually easy to make and low in calories
It is an easy dinner night as I go and do my shopping on Lidl on Wednesday.
Shopping in Lidl helps me keep my budget under control which I outlined in my post How I feed my Family well for €60 Euros
I have mince in the freezer from last week’s special offers so I can throw together a slow-cooker Spag Bol as I have a busy day at work to deal with. Serve it with tasty garlic bread and lashing of parmesan cheese of you aren’t on a diet like me.
It has been ages since we have fish and this Fantastic Fish Pie is just such comfort food that I have to make it again soon.
This tasty Chicken in Creamy White wine sauce is a perfect slow cooker recipe and I am sure will have your tasty buds tingling with the smell while it is cooking. I will post the recipe for this on Friday I love it and I hope you will too
Sunday is a day off I even like dessert too and after a busy week why not try these tasty Autumn fruits Puff Pastry desserts
