EEEk it is only a week to Christmas. So we need to start Christmas Week Meal Planning. Once I cooked dinner for 14! Planning is a must but even if you are cooking for 2 or 4 you need to decide what you want now. The last week before Christmas is crazy enough without worrying about what you are going to eat on the day.
If you have followed my Christmas Menu Planning Rundown you will know we have been eating from the freezer and we now have room for Turkey or Goose for Christmas.
Christmas baking and cooking always makes me excited and I can’t wait for the big day. But we also have to eat this week and that requires planning, you can download my Menu Planner here.
My Christmas Week Meal Planning.

Last year we had this Amazing Venison and Red Wine Casserole which I will share with you below. It was a touch of luxury but as it was made in the slow cooker it was easy to do. If you don’t like venison why not try it with Beef or Oyster Mushrooms and Eggplant for Vegetarian.
