Instructions
  1. In mixing bowl, mix the oats and the oatmeal together with the butter – like you would a normal crumble but not too hard or it might clump.
  2. Add in your sugar and stir
  3. In a pot add you Rhubarb, juice, water, ginger and caster sugar. Bring to the boil and gently simmer to soften the Rhubarb
  4. When soft pour Rhubarb in an oven proof dish add in the carton of custard – yes you could make your own but why bother !!
  5. Top with the crumble mix Put in a preheated oven 180°C /350°F and cook until the top is golden about or 40 minutes
