Apple and Custard Brioche Bake
A gorgeous way to use up old brioche bread and make a tasty brunch.

For the Icing

  1. Grease a large lasagne dish or deep panPlace the torn brioche and the chopped apple into the pan.
  2. In a jug whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg
  3. Pour over the Brioche and let it soak for 1/2 hour at least.
  4. Preheat your oven to 180°C or 350° F
  5. Place in the Brioche Bake in the oven and bake for 30 mins or until golden brown
  6. Add white icing if you are using it, before serving
